Permanently Flawless wasn’t built for us. It was built for people like Renee.
For years, Renee struggled with finding the perfect brow look, but always seemed to come up short. She spent a half hour in front of the mirror every morning shaping and lining her brows, only to have them running and smudging before noon. $100s in makeup piled up in her drawer and eventually found its way into the trash.
Worst of all, she struggled with the fear that everyone was looking at her brows and knew she was desperate.
Then, Renee learned about Permanently Flawless and our powder brows. At first, it took some convincing—after all, what if it didn’t work, or even made things worse? But Renee quickly realized that our services were the easiest, most affordable solution to her problem.
And more importantly, she ended up loving the results. No wasted money, time, or energy—just perfect brows that allowed her to confidently say, “I woke up like this.”

About our Founder
Jessica Rokos has always been interested in bringing out people’s inner beauty, but her journey toward founding Permanently Flawless began in an unlikely place. While pursuing a master’s degree in health care, a friend convinced her to try being a makeup artist, and she discovered she had a talent for it.
That discovery led her to Hollywood, where she landed a coveted position as a makeup artist for weddings and high profile media events such as Fashion Week.
Jessica came back to Akron to be closer to family, knowing she wanted to open a business centered around her beauty interests. It wasn’t until she had her brows done for the first time that she experienced the power of permanent makeup and knew she wanted to give others the same transformation. Permanently Flawless was born.
Having served 1,000s of clients, Jessica is board certified and has been through rigorous training from some of the most renowned permanent makeup programs in the world, including Phibrows, YanaAcademy, and Scalpa.
Jessica’s mission is to help her clients transform their looks and experience the confidence that comes from permanently flawless makeup.
